Money transfers from IDBank to Fora-Bank

Information required from initiator of transfer *

· Account/card number of Fora-bank’s current client/ phone number of the Fora bank customer, registered with Fora bank

* For the purpose of proper study of the client as defined by RA law on “Combating money laundering and terrorism financing” the Bank may require additional documents or information based on “Know Your Client” principle.

**The list of identity documents is defined by RA Government decision No 767 dated 22 December, 1999. In case of the information on the current document is available in the Bank the latter is not required.

Money transfers from IDBank to current customers of Fora-Bank are performed:

· On online platforms of “” and “” systems

· Through idram & idbank mobile application.

The Bank provides the client with a receipt confirming each transfer

Tariffs charged from the sender

In the amount of AMD equivalent of 1% of the amount being transferred, minimum RUB 100 equivalent in AMD, maximum RUB 3,000 equivalent in AMD.

The commission fee can be charged from client’s AMD account in the Bank, moreover, conversion of foreign currency is performed at non-cash purchase exchange rate defined by the Bank for the given day.


· Replenishment of For a Bank’s current clients’ accounts/cards is performed only to the Russian Federation.

The procedure, terms and scope of responsibility applied in case of delay, failure to perform or partial performance of payment and (or) transfer by the financial institution (e.g. damage compensation), as well as the terms of appeal, procedure applied to the appeal and the procedure and means of application of the latter by the consumer related to payments and (or) transfers made by the consumer can be found at the following link:                  

In case if the initiator of the transfer cancels or recalls the transfer the client shall submit an application to the Bank with the grounds for cancelation or recall mentioned in it. The Bank responds to the client within 10 (ten) business days by approving or rejecting the application stating the corresponding grounds. In case if the transfer is cancelled or recalled the transfer commission fee shall also be returned to the client.

In case if the beneficiary fails to receive the funds the client shall submit an application to the Bank. The Bank reviews the client’s application within 10 (ten) business days and organizes the transfer of the funds to the recipient or return of the funds to the initiator of the transfer. In case if the funds are returned to the initiator of the transfer the Bank shall also return the transfer commission fee.
