From June 8 to 9, the Kung Fu World Cup was held in Armenia, in which about 300 athletes from 17 countries took part. The Armenian national team won a total of 8 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze medals. The sports fans were particularly interested in title fights for winning the world champion belt. Armenian national team leader, European champion, Kung Fu world champion, champion of the International Mix Fight 40 tournament, Henrik Azatyan won the champion belt of IDBank, the sponsor of World Cup in the weight category up to 65 kg. Henrik defeated the leader of the Chinese national team, Kung Fu world champion, champion of the international tournament "Kunlun Fight" Zhang Yang.
